Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper for a high-end luxury residence. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order in upscale homes. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home
Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, guest rooms, and common areas, ensuring everything is spotless and in top condition
Organize and maintain household items, closets, and storage spaces
Care for luxury furniture, fabrics, and surfaces with attention to detail
Assist with special events, preparing the home for guests or gatherings
Adhere to strict confidentiality and respect for the privacy of the household
Additional duties as required by the employer
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in high-end or luxury homes preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Bilingual Spanish and English
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential
Physical stamina to manage cleaning duties throughout the day
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when necessary
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation:
$16 per hour
Paid time off (PTO), including 1 week of vacation
Select holidays off.
