Hiring a Line Chef

Need to hire a Line chef for our restaurant. Must have at least 5 years experience with events such as golf outings, weddings and celebration of life parties. Experience should include at minimum, soups from scratch, all types of sandwiches and be able to up scale the menu on the weekends to include fish and steaks grilled to perfection. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays and weekends. Pay will be commensurate with your qualifications.
