Floor Supervisor
Dezerland Action Park is South Florida’s largest indoor attraction. Over 200,000 square feet of thrills and fun! It’s indoor fun all day with go-karting, trampolines, arcade and more.
We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to help run the day-to-day business. The perfect individual would be accustomed to motivating and coaching the hourly team, running stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests has the ultimate guest experience.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business through people, product, and facility, with a focus on our trampoline park.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage the daily shift and guest experience.
Ensure positive Guest relations and recovery program.
You must provide clear expectations and training to ensure your Team can create a fun and safe Guest experience.
Ensure the guest experience and quality of products and displays are at company standard.
Manager all hourly crew members.
Hire, oversee training, development and review of hourly staff.
Maintain visual "show" appearance of facility.
Ensure all safety, operating and quality standards are met.
Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures.
Maintaining effective communications with the Sales Department.
Knowledge/Skills
Individual must have experience with training, developing, and reviewing venue personnel. Food & Beverage experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to enthusiastically interact with others.
Strong character and exercises good judgement in decision making.
Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.
Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed.
Adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for the business.
Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors.
Ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times.
