Workday PM

• Senior PM with HRIS system workday preference for workday implementation.
• Multimillion-dollar budget estimating, forecasting, and tracking skills are a must.
• Multiple PM's working together on different pieces.
• Collaborative environment, this will be heavily hit on in the interview process.
• Reports all the way to C suite. Status report, risk management and mitigation. Comm skills are very important.
• Personality: Roll up your sleeves and get in there project plans or even taking notes.
• This candidate will be involved in QA through user testing. Not really a hitting keys candidate but needs to be able to if something happens.

• HCM suite - includes payroll.
• Migrating from a hodgepodge- ADP for payroll icims for recruiting, home grown systems too
• Doesn't have to be super technical but need to speak technology.
