. Title: Workday Integration Developer Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration: Long Term Job Description: Must-Have Qualifications:- Demonstrated knowledge of formal technology architecture and design process, and ability to pragmatically lead these efforts within a software engineering team.
- Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
- Demonstrated technical experience with building integrations between Human Resources, Payroll, or other 3rd party systems (Financial, Insurance etc.)
- Strong Object-oriented programming experience, with knowledge of XML, XSLT, X-Path and other web development language.
- Strong knowledge in Workday Studio, Workday Core/Cloud Connectors and EIBs.
- Strong knowledge on Workday Web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs.
- Strong knowledge in building all types of Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite etc.) and calculated fields.
- Experience in handling Data Migration from other HR Systems to Workday.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Shows initiative and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A quick learner and creative problem solver with a passion for solving tough problems.
- Functional knowledge of one or more Workday Modules would be a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) desired.
- Knowledge of using JIRA and Service Now would be a plus.
- Experience with task prioritization and delegation.
