SLP - Per Diem (Inpatient Rehab Department)

Per Diem SLP - Inpatient Rehab Department Evaluations are conducted with thoroughness and efficiency, including appropriate testsand measurements. Sets functional, realistic and measurable goals and the patient demonstrates consistentachievement of those goals. Designs a functional treatment plan that is reflective of prescribed therapy andincorporates applicable reimbursement issues. Re-evaluates and discharges patients within appropriate time frames. Minimum Qualifications MA/MS degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required. Must currently hold, or be completing, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Licensure Florida State licensure or temporary permit in State of Florida is required.
