This is a hybrid/in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As Senior Manager Studio and Show Operations you’ll be responsible for running Princess Entertainment Studios. This includes supporting the onboard management of all production cast members and the onboard production shows. You’ll have oversight and be responsible for the studio show consumable warehouse inventory and supply as well as the entertainment studio building with support from the facilities team.Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Senior Manager, Studio and Show Operations. Is this you?Responsibilities

Forecasts, manages, and is responsible for the annual Show Operations financial plan. Exercises financial judgment and autonomy whilst remaining within budgetary guidelines

Creates and manages all cast rehearsal and onboard installation schedules with a concentration on cost effectiveness. Manages all cast shoreside apartment and hotel accommodations working closely with Procurement/Supply Chain on all associated RFP’s.

Responsible for and manages the physical dance studio building. Liaises with the facilities department for all maintenance repairs, monthly utilities, day porter schedules and security concerns.

Works in conjunction with the Manager, Casting overseeing all casting and cast replacements as necessary.

Forecasts the seamstress schedule for all cast changes and oversees the execution of this schedule. Approves all associated seamstress and costume replacement purchase orders.

Manages all cast member matters while seconded shoreside and supports the onboard entertainment leadership with cast issues. Evaluates cast members for potential advancement into management positions. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary actions for cast members while shoreside in conjunction with Human Resources. Creates, updates, and maintains all cast associated shoreside and onboard Policies and Procedures.

Forecasts and manages all onboard cabin requirements for cast installs.

Collaborates with all Global Talent Partners, Fleet Resource Team, and Crew Planning Team on all talent onboarding, payroll, and rotations.

Supports all existing and new show product both shoreside and onboard.

Forecasts and manages all Extended Performer Contract schedules and administer the associated completion bonuses.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts or Business or equivalent entertainment experience in show operations management.

10+ years’ live theatre management experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience Business Management.

Minimum 10 years’ experience Cruise or Live Entertainment Management.

Minimum 5 years’ Casting Management.

Minimum 5 years’ experience Inventory Management.

Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications. Expert in preparing and presenting professional presentations.

Familiarity with inventory management software such as CrunchTime or iProc.

Exceptional and accurate financial forecasting, scheduling, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in multi-cultural people management.

Demonstrated ability to create, manage and execute multiple concurrent projects on a daily basis.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Base Salary Range: $100,000.00-$135,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
