Remarketing Support Associate

Sixt is looking for a Remarketing Support Associate is to support the Remarketing Team. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:Excellent work ethic and willingness to take on multiple tasksHighly efficient communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskProfessional written and verbal skillsKey Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting field remarketing team with daily hold/sold notifications.Update New OVE purchasing buyer names on shared spreadsheet.Perform system movements.Send gate passes for sold units to Sixt Reps.Arrange transportation for dealer direct sold units being returned, following up to ensure completion.Assist with holds and tag sold units for reps not in front of a computer. (on the road)Communicate with Reps on Auction sales and update status in our system. (OVE sales, In lane)Assist arbitration process and ensure vehicles are secured once sale is reversed and records are updated.Request BOLs for units that are not at auction, but transport marked Delivery completed.Follow up with auctions to ensure all units have Condition reports within 48 hours of arrival.                     Perform daily inventory cross check and update units to Status 192.Update and maintain multiple systems that store dealer info.Process and maintain all emails into a central mailbox.Ensure that all available units are active and not on Hold or inactive.Check units into Copart that are physically there with damage amounts.Arrange auction to auction transports.Update daily sales report and disperse to Sales and Management teams.Update and verify that all units have the same miles in multiple systems.Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.Communicate with title department on units with title issues.
