Process EngineerWe are currently seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team in South Florida. If you have a passion for developing and maintaining Chemical Solutions, Abrasive Blasting, and Water Jet Processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee process controls for chemical cleaning, abrasive blasting, and more.

Interface with industries to evaluate changes and drive process improvements.

Define and enhance operator training, process planning, and tool specifications.

Support quality integration and drive New Product Industrialization analysis.

Participate in capital expenditure projects and conduct cost/benefit analysis for process enhancements.

Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve process capability and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Engineering Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.

Comprehensive knowledge in Met lab processes and various engineering specialties.

Experience in processes like Plasma spraying, TIG welding, and more.

Proficiency in Statistical Process Control and Lean Manufacturing principles.
