THERE IS NO MONETARY PAYMENT
THE FREE ROOM IS COMPENSATION FOR HELPING A SINGLE SENIOR LADY AROUND THE HOUSE WITH GENERAL HOUSE CLEANING, LAUNDRY AND GENERAL HELP, AND FOR DRIVING HER TO CLOSE LOCATIONS FOR GROCERY SHOPPING, DOCTORS ETC, USING MY CAR.
I am a senior lady with a very bad back. I cannot bend or lift. The job includes filling meds once a week, making bed in the morning, making coffee in the morning, something to eat in evening, Swiffering floors, etc. (A Swiffer is a very light dry mop).
1. Must have a clean background as we do a thorough check.
2. Must have a clean driving record. You do NOT have to have a car.
3. Two days off a week.
4. Must speak English. COMPUTER SKILLS A PLUS.
5. Must be even tempered. NO DRAMA PLEASE!
6. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND WORK INDEPENDANTLY.
7. Must be ready to start within two weeks.
Large Private Room and Private Bath is included with your own Refrigerator in the back and cabinet space in a beautiful home located in a Country Club setting.
