Job Description
What will you do?Our
BMWTechnicianis responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.- Perform work asoutlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose causeof any malfunction and perform repair
- Maintainleading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digitalmanuals, and reference materials
- Keep shop areaneat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
- Road-testvehicles to ensure of quality repair
- Adapt to rapidlychanging technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in thediagnostics arena
- BMW/MINI Certifiedis highly desiredbut not required.
- Minimum of1 + yearsof dealer-level or large facility experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High schooldiploma or equivalent
- Ability to staycurrent by attending technical training schools and by reading shop manuals, technical bulletins, etc.
