Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves a high level of organization, detail-orientation, and project management within the industry. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, with the possibility of further opportunities in the future. Responsibilities: Organizing and maintaining the shared cloud system for easy accessibility Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments Payment Processing AP/AR Processing Preparing PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events Ordering office supplies as necessary Taking detailed notes during meetings and following up on action items Ensuring all project deadlines are met in a timely manner Handling paperwork and clerical filing Making documents easily accessible and well-organized Preparing documents for board meetings Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Data entry and email correspondence as necessary Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various tasks.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with data entry and maintaining databases Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally interact with all levels of management, staff, and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically with regard to drafting and responding to emails Experience in schedule management and appointment setting Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
