Requirements:
- Previous experience in shell construction project management or supervision
- Manage all phases of shell/ concrete construction projects
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve milestones
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory Skills, Commercial Construction, and Quality Control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to travel
