GC is seeking for Construction PM/Superintendent
Take off on concrete, masonry, rough carpentry. Must take pride in their work. Previous GC Construction PM/Superintendent experience is necessary
Candidate to be considered for this position MUST:

Be able to write, speak, and communicate proficiently and efficiently in English
Be able to drive a company van with tools, organize it and keep it in a presentable, working order
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, we will provided additional training
Fill out and cost code workforce timesheets
Be able to organize work flow and organize subs. Prepare tools lists to bring on the job site
Have a valid and clean Driver License and Open and close job site
Develop and finish a punch list
Be "hands-on" with a project
Be goal accomplishment driven

Be responsible for achieving project success by managing client/subcontractor relations.
Provide on-site management
Assist PM to create and maintain construction schedules as needed.
Track and schedule building inspections.
Communicate effectively and formally with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and vendors.
Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues.
Identify changes in scope of work or differing conditions as required.
Review construction documents and specifications for accuracy and potential cost saving alternatives.
Must be able to procure and track field RFI's to project managers when needed.
Assist project managers/subcontractors to meet project goals to maintain job construction schedule.
Review all submittals and subcontractor shop drawings.
Conduct and maintain weekly progress meetings with subs as required and prepare meeting minutes.
Attend pre-construction conference.
Confirm with vendors status of deliveries and provide updates to update schedule.
Assist project manager to approve subcontractor/vendor requisitions with work complete.
Keep accurate project notes and keep track of superintendent daily reports.
Coordinate punch list inspection and follow up with subcontractors.

Other Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience at the General Contractor level required.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
3. Applicant must have the ability to extract all key data from architectural, structural and MEP blueprints and specifications to perform material take-offs, generate RFI's and provide critical path items in order to provide timely success of the project.
4. Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel), MS Project, , Adobe Acrobat PDF documents.
5. Must Possess a Valid Driver's License.
6. Current Safety & OSHA Certifications preferred.
