Busy firm with lots of small remodeling and renovation projects is looking to hire an applicant of record for jobs and their permit applications. We shall hire a Florida Licensed and Registered Architect or Engineer, who will oversee or procure production of construction documents; And will agree to be the Applicant of Record for the filing at the Building Department. We do all our own expediting, so you don't have to worry, if you don't do that.
