Land Survey Office Technician needed for busy Land Surveying Company.
This is a full time position.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of Land Survey Experience
Experience preparing Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys and Elevation
Certificates
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Must be analytical and able to calculate complex boundaries
Must have good research skills and ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents
Ability to operate a computer, using technical software and other applications
Organizational skills and dependability
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities include:
Review and reduce field notes.
Process and calculate field data.
Prepare and/or review survey sketches including legal descriptions and other pertinent survey
language/information in accordance with the Minimum Technical Standards of the Florida
Administrative Code.
Prepare CADD drawings for various types of surveys
Review legal documentation
Communicate with Staff and Field Crews
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8-5pm
