About Us:
We are a small but growing company that works with homeschool families, providing online testing services. We’re looking for a certified Florida teacher to serve as a Test Administrator of Record. This is a flexible, part-time position focused on administrative work — no direct interaction with students or families required.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up online test sessions the evening before testing.
- Review and confirm all required documentation is in place.
- Ensure test sessions meet compliance standards.
- Complete basic administrative recordkeeping.
Schedule:
- In the busy Spring testing season, expect approximately 10 hours per week.
- During slower seasons, the role typically averages 2-3 hours per week, spread across Sunday-Thursday evenings.
- Work must be completed within the window of 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Eastern Time) each night, giving you flexibility to choose when during that window you work — but tasks must be completed before the 6:00 AM cutoff.
