We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Instructor / Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. You will help develop players’ technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and love for the game, while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Instruction:
Conduct private / group tennis lessons for juniors, adults, and competitive players.
Teach tennis techniques, strategies, and sportsmanship.
Customize lessons based on individual player abilities, goals, and progression.
Player Development:
Assess players' strengths and areas for improvement through regular evaluations.
Design and implement training programs that foster technical, physical, and mental growth.
Prepare competitive players for tournaments, match play, and rankings improvement.
Organizing Programs & Events:
Organize clinics, drills, tennis camps, and social tennis events.
Coordinate internal leagues, matches, and competitions for various skill levels.
Promote and manage participation in tennis tournaments and events.
Safety & Supervision:
Ensure the safety of all players during lessons and practice sessions.
Monitor the courts and ensure proper etiquette, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Maintain a clean and safe playing environment.
