We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami (33166). This role combines warehouse operations with customer service support.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload, move, and organize inventory.
Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support administrative tasks related to inventory, shipping, and returns.
Requirements:
Forklift certification and hands-on experience required.
Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent in both).
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday).
