Job Summary:
Greets and assists visitors. Answers telephones and provides appropriate information or routes call to appropriate person. Performs clerical tasks, as assigned, including but not limited to, filing, making phone calls, completing forms and data entry, managing appointments on Google Calendar etc. Assists in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent substitute.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience required.
Bilingual - English - Spanish (speak, read, write).
Skills:
Excellent phone skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Ability to take initiative and problem solving skills.
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
Attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills reguired.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs, internet literate.
Knowledge of Google Suite.
