Personal Sales Assistant responsibilities and duties would include:
Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects, providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services, escalating to management when necessary.
Effectively manage customer data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, building trust and confidence
Understand the sales process and be able to provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Manage schedules and calendars.
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing expense reports, processing sales orders, etc…
Conduct research and compile data as requested.
Serve as a liaison between customers and sales, relaying important information and feedback in a timely manner.
