Family owned, high paced mechanic shop in Downtown Hollywood is looking for an experienced Shop Manager and Service Writer to join our team. We are a busy shop with same day repair goals and need someone who knows the industry and can keep the shop running smoothly.
Job Duties:
Write accurate estimates fast
Manage mechanics and daily workflow
Provide great customer service
Drive sales with honest recommendations
Use shop software for estimating, invoicing, and scheduling
Bilingual English and Spanish big plus
What We Need:
Shop manager experience.
Service writing experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
