Qualifications
- 1+ years of Impact window project management, Please do not apply if you have no experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify and solve potential problems.
- Personal management capability – must be able to assess the priority of tasks and act accordingly without constant direction
- Computer literate & comfortable learning new software
- Can reliably commute to Pompano Beach office
- English & Spanish Required (Required)
Responsibilities
-The Project Manager oversees their assigned projects from the beginning to completion by coordinating with clients, vendors, and installers
-They act as a primary point of contact for their clients while pursuing a timely and accurate conclusion to each project
-Keeps clients updated on their project’s schedule and progression
-Coordinates with vendors/entities working on projects (ex: measurer, permit expediter, material supplier, installers)
-Maintains up-to-date records by scanning project documents, logging project-related interactions in the CRM, and marking off tasks/milestones in the CRM as they are completed
-Demonstrated success managing multiple projects to a high level of detail and setting and meeting deadlines
-Thoroughly checks material quote details (sizing, configuration, frame color, glass color, etc.) in comparison to contract, building sketch, and property photos for accuracy
-Prepares all necessary documentation for HOA approval
-Schedules inspections as needed with projects relevant building departments

Salary $50,000 - $60,000 a year plus bonuses this is a full-time / overtime position
