Looking for motivated and hard-working experienced health insurance customer service rep to join our customer support team:
Responsibilities:
- Clear and respectful communication skills.
- Handle inbound calls & Verifications
- Identify and address reasons for potential cancellations.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
Pay starts at $15.00 an hour
We pay weekly every Friday.
There is room to grow with us.
Hours:
Monday- Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
