We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling administrative duties, and managing inbound calls. The position will focus primarily on managing escalations, facilitating clear and effective communication within the team, and ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing email correspondence, and coordinating events
- Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, and email.
- Use Google Sheets and spreadsheets to track shipments and manage data
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative role (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and typing skills
- Proficiency with, Google Sheets, messaging systems, and GRANOT (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
