Customer Service person wanted for fast paced Fishing Reel Service Center
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full time position
Compensation: Based on experience & skill.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer Interaction - Walk-ins, phone answering & email
Web based & phone parts orders processed.
Log in and process completed work orders.
Notify customers the status of their equipment and orders.
Inventory control – Parts ordering and receiving.
Light Shipping – Outgoing
Social media - Q & A
Qualifications:
Computer literate: Internet, Microsoft Office
Very detail oriented.
Communicate and customers relations skills.
English required, Spanish plus.
Fishing experiences a plus.
HS Diploma & Legal resident required
Vets & retirees Welcome.
