We are currently looking for several Call Center, Inside Sales Representatives in Ft. Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization that’s reshaping the home improvement industry.
This is a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire position. Once brought on full-time in 3-4 months, you’ll be eligible for sales commission in addition to hourly pay ($22/hr). The full time target salary is $60k with benefits, 401k, and PTO.
You’d be handling warm inbound and outbound calls - to leads that have a high conversion rate of 40%. These leads come from TV, radio, social media, SEO, and more.
