- Estimating and bidding

- Project scheduling and management
- Quality control and inspections
- Punch-out, closeout, and completion processes
- Best practices for running a successful GC business
The ideal mentor would be retired or nearing retirement, with the time, patience, and desire to pass on their wisdom and experience. In return, I am offering a fair percentage of contracted projects as compensation for your coaching and participation.
