We are looking For a field Project Manager to oversee 7 crews that install screen rooms and fence installers along with other Aluminum projects . Must be able to communicate well with superintendents and home owners.
THE FOLLOWING IS A MUST TO DO THIS POSITION
Must speak both English and Spanish
Clean drivers license
Professional appearance
Respectful and a good communicator
Very well organized
Experience in Aluminum projects fence, rail , screen rooms, pool enclosures
Construction background
Able to sell extended warranties and service programs to the customer
Be able to read and understand blue prints , and measure correctly
Good with paperwork and permits working with inspectors
Track and control overtime
Track KPI to assure we are doing what is needed to complete projects on time and with in budget
This position is in the field 80 percent of the time and 20 percent in the office
We work Monday to Friday 630 to 400
We supply 2025 truck with tools and cell phone and tablet must be computer friendly
The right candidate will be self motivated to give the customer a great experience with there purchase being able to confidently ask for positive reviews due to the service that was provided as a manager.
