Job Title: Accounting Manager / Accounting Controller
Execute, Supervise, and work within your accounting team to accomplish the following:
· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
· Onboard new community association clients within the Rent Manager Software platform
· Manage banking relationships for all our clients
· Knowledge using Sage and Tops Property Management Software and Rent Manager Software Programs
· Timely enter invoices into Rent Manager Software Programs
· Prepare weekly check runs, coordinate with vouchers for distribution and signatures
· Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
· Maintain orderly filing in our document manager system
· Accounting degree is necessary along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Coordinate and record account receivable maintenance payments received per bank deposit specifications
· Review unit owner accounts and provide explanation or ledger to resolution
· Knowledge of general ledger, journal entries and processing
· Monthly Bank Reconciliations
· Monthly Financial Statement preparation
· Accounts Payable / Receivable
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Hours: 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday – Friday
