# Condominium Association Manager Wanted!
Location: Miramar, FL
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Condominium Association Manager (CAM) to join our team and manage 1 building of 350 units in Miramar.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium association
- Coordinate with the board of directors, owners, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other documents
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas
- Provide excellent customer service to owners and residents
Requirements:
- Current CAM license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in condominium management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with condominium software and technology
- Knowledge of Florida condominium laws and regulations
- Certification in condominium management
Compensation:
- Starting Salary $24.00 an hour
