We are a general contracting company based in Miami, FL, with the majority of our projects located in Broward County. Our primary focus is on condo remodeling projects. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to manage our projects from start to finish.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including coordinating inspections, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines to ensure smooth operations.

As we are in the process of expanding our business, this position offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and the skills to help us achieve our long-term goals.

Location: Miami, Florida

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and onsite personnel, ensuring clear communication and task allocation.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Permits & Documentation: Manage permits, contracts, and other regulatory requirements.

Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

A Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field is also considerable.

Proven 10+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
