Our team is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage our projects. You will supervise our staff and ensure that projects are delivered on time and highly quality.
This role requires excellent communication skills as you will collaborate with several people such as construction workers, architects, General contractors, and engineers.
Job Functions
- Monitoring of projects from planning to completion.
- Control the construction site's quality standards, safety, and protection.
- Communication and negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review materials lists, order tracking, material stock, and project scope of work.
- Plan construction processes.
- Supervise construction personnel.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Resolve problems and emergencies on site.
- Support to the finance area (collections).
- Appointments with clients, preparation of budgets, and additional work orders (AWO).
- Customer Support.
Requirements
Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar position.
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health regulations for construction sites.
Valid Driver Licence
