This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at a litigation law firm located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include recording financial transactions, verifying the accuracy of transactions entered in the accounting software, and reconciling any discrepancies found in records.
Qualifications:
Skills in bookkeeping and journal entries (accounting)
Proficiency in using accounting software
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements
Knowledge of finance principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience in the legal industry is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
