Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dependable, experienced bookkeeper who is confident managing multiple tasks & responsibilities and thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. The ideal candidate will:
Be dependable and punctual, consistently honoring their committed hours
Have 2–3 years of broad-based bookkeeping experience (beyond just A/P and A/R)
Be comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented setting
Have a strong understanding of bookkeeping processes as they relate to A/P, A/R and financial reporting
Tech-savvy, problem-solver and willing to collaborate across different areas of responsibility.
Be comfortable and confident to speak to homeowners/board members alike as it relates to financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the books for client associations
Reconcile bank accounts and categorize transactions
Assist CFO to ensure financial records are accurate and delivered timely
Position Details
Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week
