We are seeking a part time detailed-oriented and highly organized accounts payable-receivable person to join our lab team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Description of duties:
1. Process accounts/ incoming payments through lockbox and manually.
2. Perform day to day account payable and receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording
3. Making phone calls or answering calls from clients regarding their account.
Requirements:
1. Understanding accounting principles.
2. Speak fluent English and Spanish
3. Living near by Kendall area .
