We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doral, FL.
Requirements:
Proven track record as an accountant, preferably in the construction industry.
Extensive experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
QuickBooks proficiency required.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in personnel management / supervising staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (must provide proof of studies or certification).
CPA license is a plus.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Oversee and direct accounting staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with management and other departments to streamline financial processes.
