Ensure a smooth separation by developing a cross-functional cut over plan, including TWP execution, planning readiness, relabelling activities, 3PL and Transportation readiness. Develop project management structures and reporting elements to track and ensure project is progressing as expected. Manage indirect cross-functional teams (e.g. QA, RA, Procurement, Legal) involved in the separation program. Works with the Global SC Project Management Officer to ensure regional plan/initiatives are in line with Global separation strategy and requirements.Key strategic Responsibilities required to complete:1 Manage S4Hana implementation for SC across LATAM region2 Critical deliverables and execution to support business readiness for go-live (3PL, transportation network, Order Management, planning)Travel expenses will be permitted.
