Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all employees are informed and up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
