Description:Our client is looking for a Power Delivery Drafter/Designer to join their growing southeast Power Delivery team. This individual will be supporting their Mission Critical team working on Substation design projects for commercial/industrial complexes.Primary Responsibilities:
Delivering project design/drafting for Substations (P&C) utilizing engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or SDS.
Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
Prepare project documentation suitable for approval, construction, and contract administration
Supports project delivery in conjunction with Project Managers
Attend meetings with clients and maintain a good working relationship with the clients, sub-consultants and sub-contractors
Provide technical direction to other relevant technicians and professionals
Perform other duties as needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Required Qualifications: Prior Substation Drafting/Design experience required Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm desired.
