The Data Entry Clerk's duties will include accurately entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. This Data Entry Clerk role is located in Delray Beach, Florida.Your responsibilities
Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met
Handling materials containing highly confidential information
Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
Working on special projects as assigned
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Strong communication and social skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong organization skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Data entry experience desired
Expert Microsoft Excel skills required
