Description We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and provide insights to senior management.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop and monitor financial plans and performance metrics.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to support audit and tax compliance requirements.

Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in accounting and financial operations.

Mentor and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
