Description If you're a proven Bookkeeper and capable of working on a team, Robert Half has the position for you. This Bookkeeper role requires candidates to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. If this sounds like you, you may be the candidate this position requires. The short-term contract / contract Bookkeeper will work in the Delray Beach, Florida area. Key responsibilities
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Appease accounts by balancing entries
Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Support quality archived records by filing documents
Oversee and manage general ledger
Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
General ledger experience preferred
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
