Description Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support our client in delivering outstanding service and creating a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, be solution-oriented, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner through phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to address the needs of a diverse customer base effectively.

Provide information on products, services, policies, and procedures with clarity and accuracy.

Maintain and update customer records in company databases with detailed and accurate notes after each interaction.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team members for resolution.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively recommend solutions.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred in a call center, retail, or similar environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., CRM tools) and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Exceptional active listening and communication skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
