- Maintain ERP system, application software, and systems.
- Work closely with departmental representatives across the company to provide problem resolution and coordinate business and system process improvements.
- Manage programmers for Fourth Shift and custom software.
- Manage help desk personnel
- Manage outsourced IT security/hardware consultant. Assist consultant with security matters, system backup, archiving, and recovery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business of Information Systems or related field.
- 10 or more years of information technology experience.
- 3 or more years working with and managing ERP technology.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment, INFOR CloudSuite Industrial v10 (CSI/SyteLine) experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage an IT team, assign duties with time constraints, and follow-up to completion.
- Analyze and resolve routine process and technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with personnel across all levels of the company.
