Description:Daily processing of all inbound and outbound invoices in an accurate and timely manner and enter in softwareReviewing and addressing discrepancies Review and approve vendor invoices and prepare summary report to upload into softwareAssist as a backup auditor on bills for accuracy and correct invoices as needed.Communicate with carriers regarding rate, discrepancies, and assist with bill resolution.Review status of Carriers account statements to ensure invoices are not overdue.Responds to inquiries and questions internally and externally on status on invoices, payment terms, etc.Review data processing entries, prior to submitting batches for Auditing.Scan and file invoices vouchers in an orderly fashion.Perform other duties as required.Additional Skills & Qualifications:High proficiency in Word, Excel (Pivot Table Experience), Outlook, and PowerPoint.Recent experience with: (required)High volume invoice – they will be processing 100+ invoices daily Three-way matching (PO/recievers/invoice)Manufacturing/Industry preferred, not deal breakerExperience with AS400/Webgate preferred, not deal breaker Professional (business-casual) presentation A high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one to three years of related experience and/or trainingStrong understanding of basic accounts payable concepts.About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
