Victory Driving Academy is growing, and we’re looking for the right kind of person to grow with us.

We are currently hiring part-time driving instructors. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with a $50 bonus for every 10 completed lessons. We provide the car. You provide the patience, professionalism, and passion.
Requirements:
Good character and a clean driving record
A valid Florida driver’s license
Must enjoy working with both teens and adults
Reliable, calm, and safety-focused
