Seeking candidates with extensive industry experience and already possess a high level of skills. This is a UTILITY POSITION meaning you would be working some days as a fill-in doing commercial lawn maintenance, but the majority of time you will be doing landscape installs and working around the Farm (garden center). If you don't meet these criteria but have high energy, a great work ethic, and a great deal of common sense, we'll still allow you to try out for the position. What we do is not extremely difficult and nobody teaches as well as we do! Our Fast-Track to 20 program ensures you will be making $20 at the end of your first year. Candidates must have good physical strength as there is a lot of lifting and carrying of plants around the farm.
