Screen Builder Aluminum Pool Enclosures

Looking for a person with common sense, knows how to use power tools, and a construction background. I would prefer experience in aluminum enclosure building and installation, with knowledge in framing, can read a tape measure, know basic math, and able to roll screen in if possible. The pay is based on knowledge, minimum pay is $15-$30 an hour, with potential to make $50-$75 an hour based on experience and how fast you can complete the job. Average pay is $600-1$200 a week or more, $2000 plus, depending on work ethic and how much work you put in. Must be on time, have transportation, a good, positive attitude, and no substance or alcohol problems. I'm really looking for someone with experience and willing to hustle, the pay is up to how much effort you put in and the potential to make more money is definitely possible. This is not a 9-5 job, sometimes we will have to work late to finish a job, so we don't have to drive back the next day for an hour or two of work and waste a half of a day. We could be making more money starting the next job. Some days we may not start work till mid-morning because we have to pick up material or waiting on paperwork. We load all material for each job either from the supplier or pull from the warehouse. I personally do not work in the rain or bad weather; those days we don't make money, unless there's something we can do to prepare for the next job. If you don't have any experience and want to learn, I'm willing to train but I would have to see if you're willing to put in the effort. I'm super busy and don't want to take the time to teach someone and pay them just to leave in a week or two. It takes my time and effort to show how to do the job and puts me behind in the work I need complete so if you call about this job opportunity be sure that this is something you're willing to handle. We work outside in the sun, all the jobs are brand new homes that are being built so their will sometimes be unfinished yards and half-built pools to work around. Meaning no grass with dirt lots, so yes you will get dirty sometimes. I'm not trying to sugar coat this job because it is construction, you will have to work when it's hot outside when the sun is blasting on you. You will be working with power tools and hammer drills, so knowledge of how to hold and use power equipment is mandatory, as we will be using these tools on every single job.
