I'm a licensed building contractor, mold assessor, mold remediator looking for subcontractors in every trade. Must be licensed and insured. Must be ready to schedule and take on jobs as I sign contracts with clients. Must have ALL your own tools and provide your own labor. I'm getting older and can't do all this work myself anymore. I have a reputable business that I've built from the ground up. I hold all the licenses within the business as well as 100% ownership.
